Lodging

The conference intends to cover up to two nights (Thursday, October 24 and Friday, October 25) for the cost of lodging for the invited speakers and selected graduate students/postdocs/early career faculty. Lodging support will not be in the form of reimbursement but rather in the form of direct payment to the hotels we arrange.

The organizers will make the hotel reservation and room assignments and provide the information to the hotel.

Requests for lodging support should be made on the registration form. Participants need to complete the registration form by September 13 to be considered for support. The organizers will notify the participants by October 11 of their hotel and room assignment.  Cancellations need to be made by October 20.

Travel Support

The conference also has some funds to reimburse travel expenses for the invited speakers and selected graduate students/postdocs/early career faculty.  Requests for travel support should be made on the registration form.  Participants need to complete the registration form by September 13 to be considered for support.  The organizers will notify the participants of their travel awards by October 11.
